SET Real Estate is expanding its team! We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with experience and a creative mindset, ready to contribute to the growth and development of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company’s services.
• Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content (posts, ad campaigns, videos).
• Collaborating with partners and suppliers to run advertising campaigns.
• Analyzing marketing campaign performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Proficiency in online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent command of Romanian and Russian.
